Biography

Lourdes Figuera Vidal is a Catalan artist specializing in engraving and printmaking. She studied at the Massana School of Arts and Crafts and honed her techniques under renowned mentors, including Jordi Aligué and Anna Bellvehí. Figuera Vidal also holds degrees in Cultural and Social Anthropology and has further specialized in intaglio, lithography, and serigraphy.

Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions in Catalonia, Paris, and Mexico. Notable solo exhibitions include those in Cadaqués and Begues in 2024. Figuera Vidal’s art explores themes of moons, craters, and shadows, blending personal expression with printmaking techniques.
